Men in kilts and timbaland boots (or such like) huge turn on

Went to a school where the uniform was a tartan skirt so the look is ruined for me

I can only think of a few days when kilts are worn more often like Hogmanay . Mini kilts on ladies well good weather required so that's not often for Scotland .
