Good luck to everyone running next week, whether it is the 10k or half marathon.

I am one of the pacers so hoping to help people round to a PB.

Hope you enjoy the day Hayley. I'm doing the Strathspey 10k in a couple of weeks, looking forward to that.

What time are you pacing for?

I'm hoping to beat my last year's pb of 1hour 29 mins in the half marathon

Well done that's an excellent time I've had the cold and haven't ran for a week. Now I'm concerned about my time

Great running.

If you like hills try the Angus half marathon too. Think its in april and organised by the same people.
