Watched both of the Jack Reacher movies ( again ) at the weekend, they're ok I guess watchable nonsense I'd say . Tom Cruise wasn't exactly how I pictured Jack Reacher going by the description in the novels

All depends on what kind of films you like, from this year:

Baby driver

Double date

Killing ground

Patti cakes

Atomic blonde

Wilson

Get out

Catfight

Prevenge

The death of stalin

Are all worth watching.

The remake of murder on the Orient Express was sooooo much better than it should have been.

Branagh did a great job directing and as Poirot.

Jigsaw was also excellent for the 8th part in a horror film series.

Although a few people have mentioned it's sequel, I only just watched Kingsman: The Secret Service, yesterday and it's a fun film.

Planning on watching the sequel today, as my brother has it on Blu Ray, and he's said I can borrow it.

I liked dunkirk but it is more like an experience than a film with a story - OK we all know the story - you need to see it on a big screen though - I still replay one sequence in my head - don't want to spoil it for you but it involves a certain airplane

I would recommend Attomic Blonde great action movie with Charlize Theron and James MacAvoy. The 80s soundtrack is also amazing, and Ms Theron looks stunning as always and takes as good as she gets in the fight scenes.
