Trick - thats easy. Chat and coffee and warn them about the raving axe murderer thst lives next door house (who happens to be chopping wooden logs at the time and you can here him doing that).
Then when they is next door I start up the chainsaw just as he's telling them about the mad chainsaw freak that lives at mine. Then we both answer door together at house number 3 where the damsel is carrying her own (fake) head dripping with (fake) blood. Done it a few times before - hillarious results!
