Hi folks, was in a lay by with someone from here a car came in parked up then flashed the brake lights, im assuming thats a signal, whats the correct response, flash brake lights back or get out and approach the car, anyone clear this up for me

Doggings to dodgy in a lay by,you get caught your on the register and nobody wants to know the ins and outs of why.
