More a black tea no sugar drinker these days. Maybe 1 coffee to fire me up in morning or espresso if out and about.

I’ve also noticed that I’m getting a better kip having my last cuppa before 6pm at night.

Open my eyes with a strong black coffee, then it’s a shower back out for another coffee before work

During the day I switch to Green tea or I like Pukka Fennel tea

Never take caffeine after 8 pm

Tea only here. I have so many varieties of loose leaf tea in the cupboard that we actually have a printed menu of them for when we have guests rather to try to remember them all...

Yep, we have Lapsang. Also Russian Caravan if you like a smoky tea.

I prefer tea, but my choice between the two depends on who I'm with and where i am.. i don't like bad coffee (esp instant coffee), but i can tolerate bad tea.

Tea, black and lots of. Normal stuff for the first few mugs, then onto decaf for the rest of the day. It’s a standing joke at work that my mug is never empty, never gets cold

Yes, this. Utterly brilliant I am stealing this idea have close to 20 different teas/infusions and always a hassle when having people round trying to remember them all.
