Coffee or tea?
Jump to: Newest in thread
More a black tea no sugar drinker these days. Maybe 1 coffee to fire me up in morning or espresso if out and about.
I’ve also noticed that I’m getting a better kip having my last cuppa before 6pm at night. |

Open my eyes with a strong black coffee, then it’s a shower back out for another coffee before work
During the day I switch to Green tea or I like Pukka Fennel tea
Never take caffeine after 8 pm |

Tea only here. I have so many varieties of loose leaf tea in the cupboard that we actually have a printed menu of them for when we have guests rather to try to remember them all... |

I prefer tea, but my choice between the two depends on who I'm with and where i am.. i don't like bad coffee (esp instant coffee), but i can tolerate bad tea.
So hit me with your finest Ethiopian bean café latte |

"Love a coffee but been getting palpitations lately with it, so drinking more tea these days "
Remember tea has more caffeine than coffee. It's because tea is more than just almost pure caffeine that your body doesn't react in the same way.
If you're looking for a caffeine free alternative, I'd highly recommended Red Busy.

Did you mean Red Bush (/rooibos) ?
It's one of my favourites but is an acquired taste too. One of my South African friends told me it was an insult that I chose to add milk and sugar with it |

Ooopsss. I noticed my typo while reading Strawberry's reply.
The scary thing is, I didn't even type that on my phone, so can't blame auto-complete.
If you look at my earlier reply, you'll see I got the right name.

Hmm. I want to bake some shortbread now. I have everything I need... that might be what I do at lunchtime, since it’s too rainy for a walk. |

Tea, black and lots of. Normal stuff for the first few mugs, then onto decaf for the rest of the day. It’s a standing joke at work that my mug is never empty, never gets cold
If I’m needing a kick, then a strong black coffee

Yes, this. Utterly brilliant I am stealing this idea have close to 20 different teas/infusions and always a hassle when having people round trying to remember them all. |
