"Not been in a couple of years, used to go quite a lot but it seems to be more students now than the rock/metal crowd which is a shame x"
When I last went the students and younger ones had there own area , top floor if I can remember ?? Music was always great , never saw any hassle at it either x |

I still go and even at my age I’m never the youngest there. Safest club in Glasgow imo (never seen any trouble in there) because no one questions you or judges you and there’s not the same level of pretentiousness seen in other clubs.
Agree with the above that it’s got very studenty but the first floor is usually more of an age and music style mix. Very diverse crowd now as well especially as they’re doing monthly nights showcasing drag acts so attracts people from every walk of life and never any judgement from anyone. Everyone just goes to enjoy themselves. |

"Is it still as busy and do the younger crowd still have their own bit?"
It’s always busy and the queue on a Friday/Saturday is usually lengthy. The whole club is made up of all ages. There isn’t any sort of segregation.

"Yeah but was a couple years ago for a bday after party but I normally would go to solid rock "
We go to the hard rock regularly, is the solid rock a lot different. Never tried but would like to at some point. |

Yes the solid is a glasgow institution the only the that's changed in the place since it opend is the front window and the refurbished bar. The hard rock is one in a chain of Style bars that caters for folk that think they like rock and metal |

Ive only been there once about 3 years ago after a concert when I didnt feel like going home. I liked it and the people there, but never really wanted to go back. Was obviously in the oldie bit, but could have done without Bon Jovi & Blur songs |
