I see there is level 3 restrictions announced this evening for GC. This means restrictions on who can arrive on the island. No indoor restaurants. Sad I feel for the people of the island who depend so much on tourists hopefully we will all get through this and get back soon to boost the island and have fun at the same time

Yes we have been here since November with no flights back until February or if that's cancelled end of march ...the island has gone through stages of alert and everyone does adhere to rules ...still feel safer than if we was in the uk ... hopefully everyone can get through this xx

Have the Spanish government said how long these restrictions will last for? Or is it a piece of string...

Yes and hopefully, if you all behave yourselves, you can go back to Tier 2, at least
