I hope it’s a Spanish Passenger Locator Form, just google it as well as proof of vaccination. The NHS provides proof of that.

That’s what we have done and the bags are packed!

Forms to complete are on spth.gob.es first part with travel and location details can be completed anytime but part 2 has to be completed within 48 hours of departure.

If you travel to Spain from any country, it is necessary to complete this form, and have the QR code associated with your trip. You must present this document at the sanitary control of the destination airport. Each passenger must have their own form and QR code for each trip they make to Spain.

Does this mean there's no covid test requirement any more? Either leaving UK or on return?

"Does this mean there's no covid test requirement any more? Either leaving UK or on return? "

Providing you are fully vaccinated - there is no test needed to enter Spain (or to check into accommodation).

Also - flying back to UK - only thing needed is the 2 day test after arrival - this has to be purchased - but can now be either the LFT (cheaper) or the Antigen (PCR) test.

You need a test reference number to enter into the UK passenger locator forms & some airlines (Jet2 for example as we have just found out) will not let you check in or print off your return boarding cards until you do that - which is 48 hours before you fly.

Hope that helps...

A wee tip re the Spanish locator form. Print it out. We noticed a few people having difficulty with their QR code. People with a printed copy breezed through.

Wee tip number 2. Put your Spanish locator form and proof of vaccine in a poly pocket back to back. Then there’s no faffing about as they can see both forms at the same time.
