Yesterday evening we made a return visit to 2x2 after ten years absence from PDI and had a really great time. It's a clean and friendly club with free entry for couples, and a number of respectful single men (who gave me all the attention I was looking for). I also had a wonderful private and sensual massage from an experienced masseur which left me trembling but very happy, and which my husband certainly enjoyed watching. Hoping we can make another visit before returning to Fuerteventura. |

We've always had good nights in 2x2, the least pretentious of all the Clubs and a Club for players and not for the posers. Clean, free lockers and a good Bar...add in pre drinks at Sweet Moments and it's a great night, have met some fantastic people there  |

This evening we tried out the Comeback Bar in Cita. Unfortunately, and despite the many positive reviews on Fab, we didn't enjoy it. The staff were great, and the drinks reasonable, but the atmosphere was flat and the people who were there were very cliquey. We Then moved on to the Black Bulldog.... and what a difference. It was lively, sexy and full of beautiful people having a great time. Stayed there for a few hours and saw more than we ever expected. Highly recommended. |

Comeback is the best known Bar, like Secret is the best known Club, they've been around since before the scene in PDI burgeoned in to what it is today. It has changed beyond recognition, since R&A took it on, no longer is it a small, quite discreet Bar, that no one could find lol It is loud and in your face, with advertising everywhere for their sister premises, Fun4all and Hot Scandal. We find the music far too loud to converse with anyone and didn't really appreciate the humour in the staff jokingly inviting clearly non Swinger couples to take a table(Many elderly and heading to Cafe Marlene and other places).
You might argue that Black Bulldog is similar but in our view the volume of the music is just that bit lower and you can converse easily with people, also the music selection creates a much sexier vibe. The smaller frontage makes it feel much less of a shop window as people walk by and whereas Comeback can feel quite flat, Black Bulldog always has a buzz about it BUT they do appear quite ruthless at times in turning people away, apparently based on only their appearance.
Back to the OP's post about 2x2, Sweet Moments in La Sandia is a far better option for a meet Bar, prior to heading there. Friendly, great atmosphere and gets quite naughty |

As with all things in the scene, it largely depends on who is present when you visit. During our last visit to PDI we visited comeback the first night, felt like a new piece of meat and literally ran away. We revisited the next night and had a completely different experience, resulting in us visiting again each night for the rest of the holiday. The staff are chatty, approachable, friendly and attentive.
Similarly, Conversely to the opinions above, we visited Bulldog one evening, were sat sharing a table with a German couple (neither of us had more than basic bi-lingual skills) and found the whole experience a little uncomfortable as the venue is tiny and we were very cramped. |

Ime not sure how you can compare the comeback bar to the black bulldog, the bulldog is loud and brash and most of the time more of a fashion parade and I am not sure what is appealing about a bar who looks at your appearance before allowing you access and to top it off you are constantly moved out of the way by the security to allow the other bars customers to walk passed the bar to get the to community toilets, on the other hand the comeback bar has its own toilets, cheaper drinks, a more relaxed approach to what you are wearing and in our opinion better music with lots more tables, it's all about choices and the cota is ot short of choices and we all find out what we prefer, it's best for everyone to try all the different venues on offer and make your own decisions to which you prefer |

We were made to feel very welcome, but the evening we visited there were several groups who obviously knew each other well and didn't want to mix, and couples who didn't seem to want to communicate. Other nights might be very different.
In response to the post that followed yours we saw no evidence of imposition of any dress code - the bar was lively, friendly and approximately the same price as Comeback. People were talking, staff was friendly and most people were dancing. As with Comeback another night might be different - how would we know?

We posted this 3 wks ago.
We were there last night.
We had been few years ago and found it a seedy hole of a place. Thought we would revisit to see if it was any better. It wasn’t. Still a dive with wanking dead creeping out of holes.
1 rum and and an orange juice was 13 euro.
So that is two visits, will never be a third..

It's clear from the comments above that all the bars and clubs mentioned vary a great deal from night to night. A good experience is always great to have, a bad one is a real shame. The only answer is to try it yourself and if you don't enjoy it, put it down to experience. |

Devil's advocate, to some people 50 and 53(Fab ages) is very old? I'd love someone to show were it says what age you're too old to be fun anymore(tongue in cheek there lol).
To be fair to 2x2, we've seen equally as old in both Secret and Fun4all and we personally know 2 couples, that would say themselves that they fall into that category but a) the ladies are gorgeous and b) they'd put a load of younger couples to shame when the fun starts.
2x2 is the least cliquey of all the Clubs, people go there to play and not to be seen posing by the Bar, as in so many other Clubs.
It's clean, the lockers are free and the drinks are similarly priced to elsewhere and anyone that see's it as seedy, should definitely exercise the right to stay away.

Went back last week.. after two weeks there. Had fun in 2x22 last year . Went in start of this years holiday and only three couples in. And the same single pushy fella asking if madam liked his cock. Generally Thursday's nude night and Sunday's greedy girls night are the best nights to go, in our opinion. In its heyday, we would have said go 7 nights a week but PDI has changed and we now would recommend different venues for different nights.
Bear in mind, if there's 30 couples in a Club, are you likely to interact/play with all 30? We've had some great nights in the old Venus Club and 2x2 when there has literally been 3 or 4 couples. It's not all about how many, it's about who they are as well |

For those who are interested, we made a return visit to 2x2 on Sunday evening. After a slow start it picked up at about 11.30pm. Once again we had a great night and I had another wonderful erotic massage with the same masseur, and played with three other guys. I would question whether anyone who says 2x2 is dirty, might have an agenda in running the Club down. There's a toxic sub culture around the PDI Club scene, not that many would notice it but it's there.
If you think 2x2 is seedy, dirty, or whatever...great, we'll never have to meet you. If you think Comeback is the 'only' Bar worth visiting...great, we'll never have to meet you. If you believe all the crap posted by 'some people' ...great, enjoy your free shots.

We love the 2x2 club probably our favourite club in PDI. We have been many times and always found it spotless, great fun, the owners are really friendly. Looking forward to being there again in a couple of weeks. It makes a nice change from the clubs and bars in the Cita. Also theres a great little German swingers bar just round the corner Called Sweet Moments. |

That's not the normal admission terms, is it? Thought €20 included 2 drinks total.
We don't really go to Secret anymore, since we had a drink spiked and there were a couple of incidents which led to them changing away from the Unisex toilets. |

Thank you, didn't know that. When we did go to Secret it was always the last stop for everyone and rarely would have gone there before 1:30/2:00am.
