We’ll be sat in the window at Nico's from time to time, mid Feb until mid March! Cotillo and Corralejo. No pineapples though will be displayed! Hope to meet some fellow fabbers in town or at the beach as usual. Can’t wait to be back. “Who’s near” often on. Going to be awesome. |

Just back to El Cotillo from Costa Calma. Can anyone tell us what the attraction is? It seemed like lots of fenced-in, locked-gated, compounds and a pretty bleak, featureless beach. What are we missing?

That's precisely the attraction of Fuerteventura. It's the place to chill. The weather is great, the beaches are beautiful and clothing optional, the scenery is incredible, the food is good. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling, and car hire is cheap for exploring the island. If you wanted more you should probably have checked on line before booking. |

I agree haha however it’s a family trip so didn’t have the option to change haha is there anything you would recommend for do’s and don’t ? |

Agree totally plus, as opposed to the main Costa Calma (town beach), Playa Esmerelda and south great for naturists and others who like bring naked in company  |

As a rookie in the swinging scene and fuerteventura. Me and my partner are interested in adding another female either for only my partner or for both but we are yet to have the final talk. How would we know if there were any interested singles or couples or where would we go to find interested people? I know there has been mention of nude beaches but thinking more along bars or nightclubs |

No specific swinging bars or nightclubs anywhere on the island. Nothing beats the age old art of seduction when it comes to finding a woman to share. Usually much better when the girls have a chat on their own. H has got it down to a fine art, where a sexy suggestion is made in conversation which can easily be excused as the wine talking, if no interest is forthcoming. You'd be surprised how many refer back to it later and say 'Did you mean that? Sharing me with your husband'.
Many never get round to having that 'final talk'! Have that first and see where you go from there. |

A bitter comment from someone who claims to be easygoing. Why police? We happen to be long time swingers who live on the island and don't want holidaymakers to be disappointed when they arrive thinking it's a mini Gran Canaria or Cap d'Agde.
In answer to the question above, Infiniti is reported to be a good naturist hotel. |

Make no mistake, Fuerteventura has lots of swinging opportunities (and we are absolutely NOT talking about the Dunes and stone circles, *yawn*). Our February/March holiday was none stop swinging fun. It really is a mix of what you know. Who you know and where you know. Throw in a little bit of forward planning and your holiday will race along in more ways than one 
Sin'Terra was fabulous. So looking forward to August. But First LaC'& Vivienne in Paris and Stunning LaRambla ¡Sí! in Barcelona.

The key to a successful swinging experience in Fuerte is to be proactive. Don't just say you're going to be here from x till y and expect anyone to contact you. Find people you might fancy and if you're serious about having fun, contact them. You'll soon find out if they're genuine or not.
Many of our swinging friends return here year after year, some several times a year, but it's still good to make new contacts now and then to add to our group.

We agree. We have a very satisfying swinging life in Fuerteventura, however it doesn't include sex on the beach, meeting places or swinging clubs (of which there are none at all). For that "in your face" type of swinging we head over for a few days in Gran Canaria. Fuerteventura is significantly more laid back. Our advice to visitors is always to make good use of Fab's "who's near" and be prepared to be proactive. |

We know 4 meeting places, and I'll bet there are more. When we first went to Fuerteventura, we felt it was a bit barren of any swinging at all - our last three holidays have proven that totally wrong.
Meeting on the beach really isn't one of them, however. No Fetch in that! Yikes!
We haven't used 'who's near' once, so I suppose it's what you know, really.

One of our favourite meeting places is our own place here. Secluded, completely private terrace overlooking the ocean, spare bedroom and bathroom (if required).
We chat, we're sociable, we enjoy seduction and are fortunate enough to include a number of single/divorced/widowed females of wildly varying ages in our circle of uninhibited friends.
The majority are completely unaware of Fab's existence, would baulk at attending clubs and detest PDI.

That's quite similar to us, with the exception that we're quite happy to include single guys (as long as they're willing to play straight). We find our own house/pool etc is the best venue. |

MP Studios on Calle Pejín. Corralejo. To the rear of Hyper Dino. They also have a 2 person private spa that you can hire.
And they have 2 person prices too. So great for couples.

Black rings have been forever, lol. It's the icon itself, often engraved onto it, on clothing, rings, necklaces, bracelets. etc. It's a much better one than stupid pineapples, lol.
I mean, who walks around with a pineapple in their pocket or hanging from a necklace? - makes me howl when I see one in a supermarket.

Just in case you're interested, Nico's Belgian Beer Bar use the hashtags #swinging on their Facebook account. Swinging sessions are every Friday evening.
Unfortunately it isn't our kind of "swinging". Check out their video. It's a dance class called "Shake what your mama gave you" where you swing your hips out on the pavement. |

- Dune Beaches to the right of Corralejo all the way down past the Rui.
- Lagoon beaches of El Cotillo
- Steps beach outside El Cotillo
- Tindaya Beach
- Most Sotavento/Jandia beaches in the south
- Cofete beach.
There are many more . . . some are hard to get to.
I wouldn't do more than topless on Viejo in Corralejo as they are very much family beaches. Even topless, be considerate.
