Not quite always the case but almost.

I used to think that I had got my timing wrong. Tried lots of different days and times but other than gay/bi saw very little action.

In 20 years of going there, as a single in the early days and with Mrs in later years, I can count on two hands the number of other couples I/we saw in there. Plenty sunbathing on the beach but not many venture over the ropes.

Also the sheer size of the place. There could be 10 couples and you could walk around all day and never see one.

You can get lucky but it's a lot more miss than hit.
