Staying Playavera for a couple of weeks from 18th to 29th August.
Anyone any tips for best beaches, bars etc ?
Maybe grab a drink with like minded folk while we’re there.
We’re dedicated naturists too !! |

Try the beach area around the Pirate Bar.
We are here now, it's lovely but not PDI or Cap but nice in it's own way.

we spent holidays in cap for many years and we definately had the best of it.
noise everywhere all day and most of the night but its the people, people who arnt the most desirable think everyone is fair game, having said all that we do miss the vibe |

Just a quick thank you to all the lovely people we met in Vera Playa over the last 10 days.
Really sorry to some who contacted us via FAB and we had to say no to their kind offer to meet up, didn't want to let anyone down as its so easy to just to say yes to everyone.
Thanks to FAB. The see who's near works a treat.
Also, thanks to nature.....Great night in Maktub Beach side bar terrace area, thunder and multi coloured lightning 🌩 drinking, laughing, sitting under umbrellas and some folks deciding best to get naked during the evening.
One of the most memorable nights for a long time and to think we almost decided to stay in as the odd rumble of thunder early that evening.

Nobody checks whether you are wearing a wrist band, it has no real function. That was my experience last month anyway.
The hotel charge for towel replacement also , which I thought was a bit trivial when you are paying to stay in the hotel. |

They are checking regularly.
Today they removed 4 from the premises who believed they had a given right to use facilities as non paying visitors.

We visited Vera in June, stayed in an apartment and wondered what the rules were for going into hotel.
Can we just wander in or do they issue a day pass etc?
What's the cost for a pass and what do you get? |

What time do you arrive. Hope you have a better journey than me because we were stuck on the tarmac at Stansted for 6 hours due to thunderstorms and French air traffic control. |
