Hey peeps, gonna post this in a few places.
What’s the etiquette like at the hotel?
- can you sunbath topless?
- are people at it in public places or just in their rooms etc?
- is there any trouble sneaking people back to your room

Spotted you’ve popped this forum question on a few threads so just copying our response over from another thread for info
- no problem with topless sunbathing and swimming….its an adult hotel
- public play…!? Of course not….its a vanilla adult hotel….not a swingers resort. It’s popular with vanillia, lifestyle and gay adults and that behaviour will get you in trouble….your room is your room however.
- sneaking people in? The staff are pretty tolerant and relaxed…if you are discrete potentially yes, but at busy times of year (e.g. pride, busy October etc)they do tighten up and introduce a wrist band system for checking only hotel guests enter.
Hope that feedback helps.
It’s a chilled hotel, great staff, attracts a vibrant selection of guests and fantastic location….its one of our favourite spots for those reasons. |

An absolutely amazing hotel with fantastic staff
Yes the reason for the wristband system is because a group of people tried to take over the place in early October 2024 and left other guests very disturbed and uncomfortable by their behaviour and antics… also bringing in non resident people to the hotel and taking up the sunloungers and the pool area .. also this group know who they are and a lot of complaints were lodged with management. So wristbands were introduced as well as security… things that went on in the pool , jacuzzi and bathing areas were disgusting… management know who they are and will be closely monitored if and when they book to stay again.
Fair play to Renaud & management for addressing the issue…

Looking to come in mid August, hoping the vibe and clubs will be open!
Does anyone know what are the best rooms? Terrace or balcony?
Clearly south facing balcony is probably best .
What's best for sneaky out door fun!!? |

Never been in August. September is a good month, things start getting busier. South facing for us always on level 7/8 or 9 . From level 4/9 is good for a bit of voyeurism and a little bit of fun.. $- |
