The best hotel is almost imposible to answer.
One mans best is the next mans shit hole.
First decision would be location, old town or new town. Both are very different.
Many years ago a hotel in the old town tried to be swinger friendly, it even had a small swinger club on site. But it only lasted about a year before reverting back to normal.
At the moment there are no hotels in Benidorm that could be described as swinger friendly.
