Not aware of any swing bars or clubs in Lanzarote. The only nudist beach in PDC is adjacent to the airport runway but that’s really more in Playa Honda. You could try one of the stone circles behind the San Antonio Hotel the beach is less busy there.
If you have a car you can with travel to the beach in Playa Blanca not the ones in the centre of PB, you can take a short boat ride to the actual beach, or travel on the coast road towards Orzolo lots of little secluded beaches along that stretch. Not designated as nudist beaches but as of all of Spain you are allowed to sunbathe nude.
