Apparently Gold doesn't have a naturist section (I wrote to them too to gain confirmation) which was why I chose a different hotel despite Gold being my first choice as reviews are brilliant and location great too. Gold really is a lovely hotel!
There's another thread on here which gave suggestions for hotels with naturist areas normally on the rooftop which listed 'Suitehotel' as having the best area given the hot tubs and views from it.

No naked sunbathing and the top terrace has a noisy kitchen extraction unit running through it.
Did have a good time when we stayed and great location.

It is a lovely hotel. People sunbathe topless but not nude. However the balconies are great for people watching as you can see others on there’s. Seen some interesting sights and also been pretty naughty there too.
Also great location for going to Cita, Yumbo and Sandia centres |

Sounds perfect - we’ve stayed in chalets up to now so this will be a new experience in GC for us |
