You can get back to it as soon as you feel up to it, however you may still have a few live rounds left in the store so still use birth control until you've had your sperm count checked.

I was also ready to cum the day after my vasectomy. It was a bit sore, but you can't keep a horny man down! As already said though, you need to wait for the negative sperm test to be sure that you are firing blanks. They told me after 20 ejaculations or 6 weeks, whichever came first... needless to say I was ready for the test after about 10 days!
