I’m not aware of one near Nerja, doesn’t mean there isn’t one. However there is a naturista beach near Torre del Mar called Playa naturista de Almayate . The caravan site nearby is nudist , and the beach.

And although not play related I can highly recommend the caves at nerja they are incredible and they can be reached by local bus for a couple of euros
