I was just out of Uni and was open to taking any job to save up for a few months of travelling with my girlfriend.
A friend of hers was involved with a low budget theatre production company that were doing a modern rework of Some Like it Hot. The venue was in a town hall that wasn't really fit for purpose-so a lot of make shift construction was required and that was where I was brought in.
