I needed a new will so, seeing all the adverts for free wills with a national charity I signed up for a home visit.
A few days later I was contacted by a woman called Carol who made an appointment to take my instructions.
A week later Carol called at the appointed time, lovely looking woman to. Tea, biscuits an an hour later we were wrapping up.
