Interested in having a discuss around the introduction and your reflection on it
I was introduced to it following my parents divorce … my father was keen to introduce it so as siblings my bro and sister had to embrace it

I first found myself on a naturist campsite in Croatia in the early 2000s with my ex wife and loved it.
Fast forward to 2010 and me and M met taking part in a nude photoshoot in Manchester.
Every opportunity since we get our kit off. We love it. |

Female friend of mine took me to a non swinger naturist club.
Totally loved the experience and every summer I will be as naked as much as I can be (at uk authorised beaches) and this year will be heading down to thr south of France for a months break on the beaches.
While I am a swinger and a naturist I don’t look at the 2 things together.
Go to a beach enjoy being naked but also respect that others are there for the same enjoyment as you.

I went to Calshot beach a couple of years ago, walked along to the nudist area there were mostly guys there. After a while sitting with just shorts on i decided to take the plunge, off came the shorts. Was a great feeling sat there watching the world go by including one clothed lady walking her dog, she stopped for a chat. |

I tried my first nudist beach in Lanzarote a few years ago after hiking across the hills to it, absolutely loved just stripping off and soaking up the sun.
Naked swimming in the ocean was an ideal way to cool down ready for the hike back to the car. |

The health benefits of naturism are off the scale..
It should be prescribed on the NHS, all this depression/anxiety that has suddenly exploded over the last 5-10 years would be erased in a heartbeat.. |

We first tried it at a beach in France and loved it. Since then we've had a couple of Gran Canaria trips. This year if the weather's suitable we'll try a UK club. Plus we're we've got trips booked to France to visit Arnaoutchot and Cap |

A few years ago while on holiday with friends we happened Avon a naturist beach, after a bit of a discussion me and my friend dropped our shorts but the friends wife would only go topless, excellent liberating experience |

My wife and I have been going nude for years now.
Our first foray into it was the dunes in maspalomas, that feeling when I took off my t shirt, and shorts, freedom, it felt amazing.
Shortly after, we were joined by a naked guy, who proceeded to fuck my wife in the dunes.
We always choose a hotel with a naturist solarium, normally on the roof...
We spent Christmas in Lanzarote, rooftop solarium, weather wasn't too good, but good enough.
Maspalomas in may, again, another roof solarium...

I was brought up in a nudist family and its weird but that rarely happens. I will give an example from when I was about 18 and on summer holidays from college. I was spending a week at the local Sun Club and one gloriously sunny Friday I spent the day playing Miniten (a kind of naturist tennis using wooden thugs instead of rackets) I played all day with three girls of about my age, very attractive girls in fact. At the end of the miniten session one of the girls suggested we all go to the local nightclub and have a boogie. So we all had a shower and were in the communal changing rooms getting ready for our night out. I glanced across the room and saw these three beautiful girls putting their sexy underwear on and had to rush out of the room to hade my erection. I had been the whole day watching these girls totally naked and on show. laying on the grass with their legs open and I had not had a single sexual thought, but watching them putting on their sexy underwear gave me a stalking hard on. I grew up in continental Europe. In the summer it was hot so we would jump on our pushbikes and cycle to a lake. Went swimming naked. Girls and boys together. In the winter we would go to a sauna. Again nude and mixed gender. To us it was something totally normal |

Ive been a naturist for years. Always have at least one holiday abroad each year. Normally fuerteventura but also love a hotel with a roof where you can be naked such as in tenerife. You meet some lovely people and if your lucky have some great fun. Majority of my partners over the years love it as well. It's the feeling of freedom, liberation and that slightly naughty, exciting feeling and the increase in libido is of the scale. Roll on spring! |

I didnt grow up in a nudist home, but would often be in the house alone from my early teens and would often get naked, usually to masturbate but I would usually stay undressed for sometime afterward. Living in a fairly rural area I would also find secluded spots during summer and sometimes strip off but I never really thought of it as naturism. It wasn't until uni and by chance I met a girl whose parents lived a fairly bohemian/hippie lifestyle and were nudists and went on naked holidays. Only then did I realise that what I enjoyed was naturism and have never looked back. |

As a teenager me and a mate used to sit around in the woods naked, loved being outdoors naked, got caught by some women on horses but that a different story lol, been around peoples houses sitting chatting all naked. It is a great experience, also been to many beaches with others, but walking around woods naked is an amazing feeling |

Always felt liberating being round my mates house with him and his nudist family as a teen. Gained such an understanding of nudism, but also how to be comfortable in my own skin. Hung out with them all again a couple of years ago and it felt amazing. Met a few households similar over the years |

Took my wife to her first nudist beach on holiday in Kos , that was 4 years ago and she can’t wait to get back there every year. Spend a good week or more going in the morning until mid afternoon, she looks so good with an all over tan. We started at an older age but can’t get enough. |

Started nudism in my early teens when a mate told me him and his family were nudists. Got to try it with them and loved it. Ended up spending lots of time nude with them over the years.
Gained an appreciation for being nude and how a nudist household can feel embracing. Spent time nude with similar over the years |

Id forgotten about this.
A couple of years ago i was on a weekaway with work. A woodland chalet had been booked with outside hot tub-
I went in last everyone had gone back inside; very liberating being completely naked in the hot tub surrounded by trees.. just need to find a hot beach now!... |

I have been a naturalist for about 40 years. My new partner and I went to Jamaica the hotel had a private island which was totally nude. She said I’ll give it a go once and see where it’s like. We didn’t go anywhere else. Since then we’ve been to Vera playa last year we went to Venus star which was nude and swinging |

I’ve been a nudist since I was a child. I don’t do much in this country except on my property but I live on 40 acres. I go on holiday quite a lot and I only do nudist hotels in Tenerife Spain and also done it in Brazil and Mexico. |

First discovered the joys of being naked in public when i discovered a naked beach in Talamanca in Ibiza as a 17 year old in the 1980's, To be fair i was only wearing flipflops and a pair of 'speedo's' but after removing them felt so free.
Frequently naked on the moors in the Pennines and occasionally at Barmouth North Wales |
