I find it hard some guys cant meet a older women.

Iv meet a few since I was about 20. Hold a conversation with them and not talk about sex 24/7 and you will go far.

I myself also prefer the older ladies and by older I mean older than myself I would not hesitate to have a lovely evening with a lady in her 40/50s. I often find the armosphere is more relaxed.
