As long as it hasn't got out of hand does it matter? And if it has got to the palms of the hand then it does matter, lol! Overall cleanliness is more important. Personally I think it looks silly if a man has nice body hair, then has a bald circle around his bits. I'm not bothered, there is either chemistry or there isn't.
