Two things

one a lot of women like to control there guy and getting hubby to suck or be sucked, is a turn on mentally and physically.

Two the guy is bisexual not told his wife and this is a way of telling her with out telling her. Hope that makes sense.

If you are looking to enjoy a threesome. A lot of straight guys are not comfortable being in close proximity to another cock. Bi guys are more relaxed about it & more likely to treat the wife to some DP fun.
