Ok so just chatting to someone has ignited a fantasy that I have. I'm a terror for flashing when in public, never been caught though which is a shame.
I love the idea of being seen or caught and the person just discreetly watches while I pretend not to notice and tease away.

This is so what I want to do. I would love to watch and see how it developed. Would it be up skirt or down blouse or would it be full nudity. I would love the thrill of watching from a distance as you do what you feel comfortable with! Then depending on location and who is about would I be able to show my appreciation x |

A few years ago i was out having a meal with my partner when i noticed a lady on a nearby table with her husband and friends. Her dress had riden up so i could see the top of her stockings.
