Finding someone who knows what they are doing and is willing to take time really helps, as does practice with toys.
I have never seen the need for aromas, just someone with patience and plenty of lube. If they like rimming its even better.

The other thing with a patient top is the fact that knowing they are patient will mean you are able to relax more and enjoy it.
