Before the world imploded there were lots of rope events. Peer Rope London and Anatomie Studio are two that come to mind. I only know about ones in London though...

I could point you in the direction of a number of online courses but I don't want the moderators pulling the thread. But go online and look up rope courses or shibari courses.

Anatomie studios have been doing online courses.

Not sure about Wykd Dave.

There are also plenty of videos on line to help get you started.

If anyone can point me in the right direction and PM me with the details of be eternally grateful. I

Started learning the ropes some time back, but a change in job meant relocation and in time i lost their details.

Practice tying knots so you know them really well. There are books as well but as others have said look on you tube. Get yourself some rope and start practising.

There are a few excellent online courses and reference sites which can be helpful. Although by no means a substitute for in-person teaching, they could be useful while you wait for the world to reopen!

Not sure if we can post links here, but google "crash-restraint" or "the duchy".

Another vote for The Duchy. They have clearly illustrated step-by-step tutorials, which are much better than videos.

Your Town

Plenty online courses.

YouTube has lots of high quality vids. Before covid there was lots of free and paid courses you could find on eventbrite up and down the country.

Loads of time to practice during lockdown
