I wear 8 inch pleasers from pleasers or hella heels. Got lots of photos I can share 
They tend to go up like skating boots, and are incredibly comfortable once you get used to them. For Hellas go up a size as they can come up quite narrow  |

I've just looked these up as I'll like some fuckme boots, but with 8 " heels on my 5'10" height, I'd want to be dating a very tall person! |
