how do you take the next step ive talked to few people but how to take next step to meet im not wanting to jump straight into it rather get know someone

If you get positive vibes, ie you feel that you get on well why not suggest to meet for a drink initially - that does not sound too pushy and you can take things from there? Good luck

agree a social meet would be a good idea.

Also keep an eye out for socials that are organised in your area as they are a great way of getting yourself known. It is a little daunting going on your own but no more so than walking into any pub not knowing anyone.
