Is it someone you have tried to message but are not in his criteria?
A warning will come up at that point just to prevent you from sending a message that may not be replied to |

No it is actually a friend of mine on here and he has been told that he has a warning mark against him and asked me if i knew what it was

a friend of mine on here has said he has been told by a woman that there is a warnin mark against him, asked if he has pissed someone off and they may have reported him, he cant think of anyone, said i would see if anyone knew

Ask you "friend" to contact admin for clarification.
