Couple meets clubs vs websites

Just thought we'd pose a question to couples on the forum;

In general would you say you get more meets from simply going to swing clubs and talking or from reaching out to people on Fab?

We're guessing clubs are the way to go, unless we're simply being too picky.

In half a couple and totally agree.

It's hard to get 4 way attraction and availability on here, so if we want to meet, we'd use a club these days.

You can see both the couple, chat and see how it goes.

We generally only meet at clubs. You can arrange to meet and if you don't click or they don't turn up, you can still have a night out. Nobody should meet with expectation (we normally end up in a playroom though!)

I'm part of a couple and find it really hard to find 4 people that click be it in a club or on here

Even on our couples profile we only tend to meet singles

Thanks for the input folks. While only 4 replies it has confirmed our initial thoughts that advertising meets on here is a bit of a dead duck.

Most of our meets are organised through Fab. Our closest club is an hour away. We've met couples and singles although couples only really end up as socials and although there is an agreement to 'play' one day we never seem to be available at the same time. For that reason we have found a higher success rate meeting singles for play dates.

We'd probably have more success at clubs if we were able to frequent them more often to build a familiarisation etc.

Having said that, the last 18 months haven't been much help.

We cant just up and go to a club when we want unfortunately.

Between not driving, the nearest club being 55 miles away (with no direct train or bus route) and not being able to stay places overnight for the most part, we don't get to go often.

Fab is so so for meets but we do better with social events which admittedly, fab does help facilitate.

More often than not, Fab seems to be more of the "meet now" type requests rather than, lets hang, be social and see where it goes sort of place in our experience. Have made some fantastic friends through fab though so..not a complaint.

Clubs or parties as no need to out fakes.

The fact they have made an effort to attend is a bonus....

Clubs are not bad but they can be very clicky but good for social and chatting with people we love home meets as we find them more intimate x

Half of a couple here.

Its probably 70 % club 30% on fab as a couple. Although Mrs m is probably the other way round on her own profile.

Swings and roundabouts really and it depends how you use fab as some use fab for just keeping in touch only.

It’s that intimacy of a home or hotel meet that I love too. And a big bed with soft white sheets too, of course

Really? All our meets have been through Fab, we’ve found it much better than clubs for meeting people we like.

Our first ever meet was from an advert on Fab!

Club all the way for us. On a purely social basis, no pressure and see where it goes. We’d maybe have subsequent private meets, but that hasn’t happened yet.

Yup Clubs is where it’s at. Especially vetted ones. Like our favourite le boudoir. You can see who catches your eye, chat for connection or not. And go from there. If it doesn’t work out with another couple (hasn’t yet happened!) - great place to play together, watch on and have a fun evening. So a win a win.

Fifty fifty for us. Had some excellent meets through both methods.
