Say hello, say a bit about yourself.
Comment on, or ask about, something from the profile to show you've read it.
Include an "open" question or two so the recipient can actually reply.

Basically just remember everyone is human so message same way you would if you met someone at the bar or at a bus stop or anywhere else. Without any expectations then see where the messages lead (be creative) |
