Tried both, but only once. DP not really my thing, hurt like hell and couldnt relax but think it helps if you have some gentle, and who takes their time rather than going at it like a bull in china shop

I have done both a few times now and would recommend giving it a go. The only advice is plentry of lube and take it slow. If done right it's a great feeling for all involved. I have a meet on sat with a couple that loves it so hopping to do it again.
