Male pubic hair..

A quick bit of advice please, I have a potential meet lined up but the lady has a preference for men who remove their pubic hair. Not sure whether I want to do this, however if I do take my beard trimmer to it how long will it take to grow back?

Perhaps this is a ‘how long is a piece of string question’.

If your not sure don't do it...

It's your preference...

I certainly wouldn't shave my foof just because someone preferred it..

If they didn't like me trimmed it's their loss....

If you're going straight to a sex meet, rather than a social first - and you're only having sex, if shaved, then I'd encourage you to do it in advance of the day.

It means that you have time to get it done right, without the stress.

As it grows back, you'll itch, so be prepared for that, if you don't expect to stay shaved. After 3 or 4 weeks, it's probably going to be close to more natural standard.

I'd not do it for someone I didn't know already.

Why would you do something you don't want to do?

Agreed

Sounds like you've never done it before.

A speedy first time pube trim on a meet with your beard clippers runs the risk of you catching some sack or shaft skin which can bleed like a mofo.

If I remove all mine it usually takes about 3 weeks to be 'hairy' again.

Why not give it a try though?

Keep the bush. Shave the balls. And drink plenty of fluid to stay hydrated

If you remain hairy she might prefer not to give you a BJ

Thanks for advice all. Shaving isn’t a deal breaker but her hubby says she prefers it. I thought it would be a nice gesture and perhaps help to get me invited back for second helpings, that is if the other stuff is to her satisfaction.

Perhaps I’ll meet her half way with a trim..

Thanks again.

Have you actually spoken to her or is it just the hubby who has done all the taking. I definitely wouldn't do anything in that case as it would be a massive red flag if you haven't actually spoken to the woman at all before you meet.

If you really don't want to do it, politely decline.

If you don't have atrong feelings either way, try it and see. After all, you want to give her what she wants, ideally... that's what it's all about.

Wh knows, you might like it!

I don’t like hairy in that area so I wouldn’t meet someone that is all bushy down below. Closely trimmed would be ok. BUT I would never expect someone to do it for me if they didn’t want to.

I would just decline a meet if the aesthetic was not ok for me.

Same as I am not growing bush for someone.

My bits my choice your bits your choice and if preferences don’t tally we don’t meet.

I prefer to use a sensitive skin cream, it saves the risk of bleeding nicks. But do it the day before. It takes about 3 weeks for hair to be furry.

Carefully using the shortest setting on a beard trimmer gets most of the benefits and is a lot less of an undertaking and style choice than a full shave.

Then you don't have to contend with it itching while regrowing.

Plus shaving fully so it's nice and smooth without getting some sort of cut is a skilled activity best left to people who really want to be smooth down below and are willing to keep up with the effort required.... Basically do it for you.

It does feel really amazing when it's smoothly shaven, however it quickly goes to itchy and annoying! Plush short hair down there can be quite nice and soft.

And if you are hairy like me you have that decision around how do you taper clean shaven into hairy belly without it looking strange!!

Be aware that if you cut it, it bleeds a ridiculous amount. Just forewarning you as when I did it the first time it terrified me!

Buzz the bush, hair removal cream (e.g. veet sensitive) on the balls. I've found when I use cream it doesn't itch anywhere near as badly when it grows back

Used a beard trimmer and took it all off a couple of times with a razor to tidy loose hairs. Was really surprised at how it felt afterwards, really nice. Don't do it often though.

I think the consensus is ‘trim’ only as long as it’s my choice but talk to Mrs first.. she may be happy as I am. Fully shaved seems to be a lot more work and could be a ‘bloody’ affair and very itchy whilst re-wilding...

Again thanks for your observations and advice, cheers OP

Spray veet. 5 minutes, in the shower and then again if needed. Add moisturiser. Squeaky clean and you'll never go back.

If you read farther down he has only spoken to the male half of the couple and it was him who told him to shave as the Mrs prefers men shaved.. That to me would be a massive red flag.

Firstly I wouldn’t be doing something I don’t feel comfortable doing. If you don’t want to shave it, then don’t.

I always clean shave every thing as for me it's cleaner and more enjoyable for the woman and myself with no hair... It is a pain to do though
