This place can be hard work. You wink someone. They wink back. You message said person. They don’t reply. I get that we are aren’t super hotties like the majority, but sometimes I wonder what’s the point. |

What were your expectations when you joined? Very few people find it easy to meet, it always requires some effort and will involve a few interactions that go nowhere. |

It depends on your message. If it was just "Hi" or "How are you" we wouldn't reply either. If you messaged with a bit of substance then it's confusing why they winked back. Plenty more fish is the sea though  |

As others have said, getting out to clubs and socials can help, and we can say it's definitely been more successful for us than trying to arrange meets on here. It's still good to use this site to connect with like-minded people and see what events are going though. You have a good profile so am sure you'll find what your looking for at some point. |
