They do exist, but I haven't heard of one being in Brighton. I know Jaydees had one (the club is closed for refurbishment at the moment), and Club Play in Blackpool has them.
Also, just in case that's what you're after, there are no swingers clubs in Brighton. There is a naturist spa, Bristol Gardens Health Spa, with some "rest rooms", but that's about it as far as I'm aware. |

There are private clubs, mostly in Kemp Town, then there is Liberation Swingers. |
