...regarding nudity outdoors?

Say I want to take some pics of myself nude in the countryside, are there any legal issues I should be aware of?

Obviously, although I'm not aware of many schools right in the middle of the countryside...

Indecent exposure for a start.

Helps the old bill out with reducing crime figures.

United Kingdom

In England and Wales, the offence of "indecent exposure" and other sexual offences were replaced by the more specific and explicit Sexual Offences Act 2003. The Act does not mention nudity as such and is worded so as not to apply to skinny dipping, nude sunbathing, and similar activities. Current laws apply only to genital exposure with intent to shock those who do not want to see them. The maximum penalty is two years' imprisonment, but this is extremely rare as most cases are dealt with by a fine.[7][8]

The situation in Northern Ireland is complex as some parts of this Act apply but others do not and the Assembly is considering new legislation.[citation needed]

Under Scots law, public indecency is covered by Crimes of indecency.[citation needed]

I am quite often being photographed outside naked or semi naked, we always make sure that we are discreet and that I can cover up quickly of needs be. It's one Hell of a thrill but being arrested would take some of the icing off my gingerbread for sure.

Thanks; would someone who was handed a fine also have a criminal record?

Lol. Noooo. But by the time the matter reaches the courts i can be lol.

You just have to be wary that it all depends on intent and public order. If your stallion is flopping around and causing harassment or distress to the public - then, your in a big bowl of spaghetti my friend (trying to keep with the itallian theme lol).

You only live once, so go for it. It would be a story to tell in the future.
