Very brave starting off with the urethral e stim sound!
You're best off getting sterile lube like ky jelly for the sound insertion and then use a conductive ultrasound gel for the anal probe and the glans.
Not all conductive gels are the same. Some are better than others. The main difference imo is the better ones create a warm fuzzy feeling, and the not so good create a more intense (but scratchy) sensation. As you'll experience though, e stimming is highly sensitive a very personal experience.
You can buy conductive rubber tubing on e. bay for around £7 a meter and make you own electrodes.
