"SH24 is free so isn't that NHS ?"

It's NHS but as with all GU services in NHS, no information is sent out to your GP, so by default nothing goes into your main medical records

If you want private, you can do Randox or Luud Health. Otherwise SHL or SH:UK are free but they work with the NHS obviously.

What's the issue with it being in medical records? If work have access it is all in confidence and really should have no impact on work. You do not have to tell them why you were tested. GDPR and all that.

What kind of work is that where your employer has access to your medical records btw? Any employer I’ve ever been with would be petrified to see medical records out of fear of GDPR and lawsuits…
