Hey, looking for some advice. I recently acquired a lovely metal chastity cage, i do struggle to fit into it mainly because i get to excited but once on i can only wear for a very short period of time as it seems to pinch at the top of my penis sometimes leaving small cuts or bruises…. Any tips on how to wear more comfortably are very much appreciated.

It could be a fit issue as others have said. Where is it pinching?
Is it around the base of your cock where the two rings meet to lock together? Movement there can cause it to pinch. A silicone cock ring sandwiched between the two rings that lock together can help. But make sure the cock ring is not tight at all, as that wouldn't be suitable for long term wear. |

Using lubricant when you put your cage on will help keep it comfortable for longer. I would recommend adding some around the ring itself.
As for pinching mine only tends to pinch when skin gets pushed out of the holes. A readjustment generally sorts this out.
However previous cages I've had issues where the joint is and skin gets trap when the parts move so I've moved away from cages with those style of design. |

My cage is the same, I increased the width of the backing to cock cage slightly by "bending" it open slightly and this has made a bid difference, doesn't grip the ball sack skin so tightly & has helped with the pinching - i can have my cage on for weeks now!! |

I stopped wearing metal chastity cages for the same reason, mine used to pick where the cock cage connected to the ring, the cage would pivot slightly around the padlock and leave little blood blisters, I stick to plastic or silicone now for comfort, especially when wearing for extended periods |

I have safety concerns with plastic cages.
Companies can be quite vague about the materials and a lot of them are not body safe. Especially for extended contact in such permeable areas of skin.
Not to say that there aren't any safe plastic cages,
But that's why I would say stainless steel all the way. Just make sure it is actually stainless steel and not some cheap alloy from amazon/shein/temu.
Pay cheap, pay the price later, and sometimes that cost is your health.

I wear a metal cock cage almost permanently, you need to ensure you have the correct sized ring around your balls and use lubricant and moisturiser when you are wearing it on parts that rub.
