My wife and I are new to the scene and were excited to read about the opportunities here, however, tonight we went to Cita and it was so loud and overpowering we were put off and left.
Is there anywhere quieter where we can go for an easy introduction? We’ve seen good things about Eden? |

Things only get busy at Comeback from 10pm onwards so possibly your timing wasn’t quite right?
The ‘who is near’ feature is useful on here as people often put on their status where they will be.
Comeback and Hotspot are quieter bars music wise. Elys bar downstairs in Cita is good from 11pm so we are told.
For clubs, use their websites to pick suitable evenings for your interests (they may have curvy creatures, gang bang nights etc) Fun4All is a club without theme nights with reasonable level of music. Secrets is a definite loud nightclub.
It may just be that you’ve picked a quieter evening? Pop on your status where you are and hopefully you’ll meet others.

Eden is a perfect place to start. Cath is a fabulous host, the staff will take good care of you and music levels in the social areas are set at a volume where you can actually speak to people. |

Firstly you'll get more response and advice in the Spain forum, where you can see discussions with other people who are there at the moment
Secondly, most people go to the bars to meet between 9pm-11pm and then go onto clubs between 11pm-1am.
If you're looking for a quieter, friendlier experience definitely get a taxi to Eden! I much prefer it to some of the louder clubs where it's literally like fucking in the middle of a night club  |
