This morning I received a message from another user speaking of a Kik/Telegram Group where someone within the group seems to have a huge problem with myself.
I had received similar messages way back in the past which then led to me taking a break from this and now they've reared their head again.
I have an idea of who the person is but have no way of contacting them to ask why they're saying these things as I've been blocked by them (I've never met this person or interacted with them ever).
The things that have been said about me are defamatory and completely untrue yet I've received countless messages from people now and I don't know what to do.
Any advice or suggestions from anyone? Or even better, if the person that started all of this could message me so I can find out why they've chosen me to be the victim of the above. I don't want drama and don't need it (have had enough of that in the vanilla world!) |

I'm not a member of any group and from the sound of it, I'm thankful I'm not.
If you can, try and rise above it. They've obviously got nothing better to do in their lives than spend time talking about you. Chances are, they rotate between a few of you.
I had it once before with people from a craft forum. After I stopped giving them air time, they dropped off completely. Usually, they're looking for a response and if they don't get one, they have nowhere to go with it.

Thankyou  . The problem is I'm blocked before I can even get a chance to respond to the messages.
There's been a couple of people I've chatted too and things have been going well then I've suddenly been blocked by them so it makes me wonder if they've joined the group and seen whatevers been said and decided to stay clear. |

I'm only in private groups with people I know and have met.
If you're not into the group then it's odd that they've chosen to talk about you behind your back. Presumably someone you know/have met will be involved otherwise why would they single you out, out of all the profiles on Fab?
But to me, any idle chat, gossip or rumours spread and discussed by people I've never met and most likely never will don't worry me. Chinese whispers happen online - always have and always will. But most people are adult enough to make their own minds up about people and not go by third party chat from others. |

People block for so many reasons. I doubt that the people even know about the group. Maybe they realised that you're both not suited to a meet up and instead of being honest about it, they chicken out and just block you. |

Fuck em. Who gives a toss what some mattress stain who creates new accounts to harass you thinks? We assume they're new but in any case we can guarantee that this telegram whatsoever it is group won't be folk you know. Probably trolls from all over. |
