Fake photo verified account

Please can someone help me why are people getting on the site and managing to get photo verified with fake accounts? All I come across now is just fake accounts and no one wants to verify. With a video call. I don’t trust anyone or anything off this site anymore. Does anyone else have the same experiences people managing to get photo verified even though it’s a fake account |

Are you assuming they're fake because they don't want to video call or is there another reason?
Photo verification isn't compulsory and when people do it it's to confirm gender and whether a couple is a real.couple or not, not to confirm identity, which given you don't need to show your face in a verification photo would be difficult. 🤔 |

as someone else has asked... are they fake because they will not video call?
I wont give my number out or private video call with people i do not know. that is just my personal preference (also safety aspect).
however, when i am free i am in the chat rooms on cam so people can find me in there on live cam etc... sometimes i chat on audio sometimes i don't.... xx |

Are you assuming they're fake because they don't want to video call or is there another reason?
Photo verification isn't compulsory and when people do it it's to confirm gender and whether a couple is a real.couple or not, not to confirm identity, which given you don't need to show your face in a verification photo would be difficult. 🤔"
Why don’t Mods just close down all threads related to “fake accounts” as soon as they are posted, or add words/phrases related to fake accounts to the list of banned keywords?
It’s the same circle of nonsense every time anybody poses the question of fakes, a Mod jumps on and justifies the rationale.
I’m not suggesting this particular thread is any more or less credible than others, after all, the site it littered with fakery; this is entirely due to the fact it’s free and entirely open source.
I just don’t see the point in endlessly debating an issue which the site owners have zero interest in addressing! |

Some people will call others fake for one reason or other... does not mean that profile is fake.
I am sure the site acts when an actual fake profile is reported and proven etc. It may take some time have to think how many are on this site... and i am sure admin/mods etc have lives away from the site.
It will always be an endless debate, because so many people have opinions as what counts as a fake person and whatnot.
I have been called fake when i have taken a break and not meeting,
hid all my pics - I must be fake
refusing a phone call - must be fake
wont meet a couple - fake
wont 1 on 1 cam - fake
the list goes on and on. It is all a matter of an individuals perception of what they class as fake or timewaster etc.
personally, i dont feel the need for the endless posts to be shut down as each of us have our own opinion. Also, others will point stuff out like i have above, just because people wont video call does not mean they are fake.... just means they are not for that person and they should move on to someone else.
I do also think its a nice thing to vent now and then when needed, to get others opinions etc.

We've always thought what's stopping someone joining legitimately, as in holding their written profile name, then uploading fake photos?
Anyone can screenshot or save pics from social media or Google and upload them.
It's, unfortunately, just a case of becoming very good at spotting and whittling out the fakes then blocking. |

To all the people complaining the reason why I’m saying this try meeting a person who you think is a girl is actually a man turning up in a fucking car it is extremely scary and that’s why I would like a video call before I meet the person to prove who they say they are I’m just supposed to meet them and believe them that’s how you get killed |

I see where you are coming from. A lot won't video call, I definitely won't it's not my scene. A lot of people won't be made up/dressed up ready to video call to verify themselves. Also genuine Fabsters could be offended at told to prove their gender.
If you are worried for your safety then always meet in a public place first where there are other people around, do not indulge in dangerous activities like planning on getting into random strangers cars. |

I don't think anyone has complaining, just stating that people aren't fake simply because they won't video call.
Safety should always come first. There's a lot of useful info and advice on safe meeting here.

I don’t video call with my best friends, I’m not going to start doing it with complete strangers. I absolutely hate it, and I’m not comfortable giving my number out at that stage either. That doesn’t make me fake.
Of course you can make it something that you need to happen pre real-life-meet, but it’s just a case of being aware that there are probably a lot of people like me who are either slightly anxious beans or security-conscious, or both! |

Are you saying you don't like the subject of possible fakes ( I am not sure not wanting to speak on a call proves that a PV is fake though , people may just not want to with that particular person )or you think Admin don't do anything about them? |
