If you orgasm by wanking or actual sex, then the antidepressants are not the issue.
Many men can’t reach that point through oral stimulation (I’m one myself), it’s very common, so try not to stress about it, just enjoy the sensation as foreplay, then move on to the main event.

I am similar, I wouldn’t consider it an “issue” though. I enjoy it and the sensations are very nice, it’s just not the right type of stimulation to actually get me to orgasm.
Just like some women can orgasm from penetrative sex and some can’t, we all work in different ways.

Can only speak for myself but I think that is the case in most situations. I don’t usually cum quick and never expect it from oral now. But there has been a few surprises over the years where nothing was preventing the person from finishing me off, and quickly too.
Over thinking it can add pressure, medication, edging too often I found makes me want to keep the edging ongoing even if I think I want to end it.
