Mainly it is a numbers game, but if you want a suggestion.
Put most of your photos to friends only, nobody wants a sea of dick pics. Especially not the above toilet one.
Maybe leave the one in the living room with boxers and the standing up one?
Then add a clothed pic?
People want to get some idea of you as a person.

As above with the pics. There are some that want to see the package but I bet the majority don't. Be inventive, use the timer on your phone and stand away, wear clean clothes. No toilet pics.

Take a look at the advice threads there are 100s
Take a look at other male profiles but don't copy. List interests that aren't sexual
Don't send unsolicited dick pics
Get involved in the lounge
Would you meet a 99year old?

This might sound counter productive but do a search of male profiles and see what your competing against.
Also understand that even the male profiles you think should be receiving lots of attention ARE NOT.
Even if they are they won’t know as most woman view profiles on hidden, they are not being mean just protecting themselves a little from to much unwanted attention.
Naked pictures don’t attract female attention mate, a nice smile just might. Even then don’t expect a massive influx of attention.
