Make a video of yourself then pause the video where you like the position you’re in then take a screenshot of it & crop it to your desire it’s what I do I have no one to take pics either btw this is not a invitation for anyone to help me but just saying how I do it  |

I've done this with a bridge camera and used the 10 second timer, can you work out which one on my profile, was done this way? |
