I’ve only ever found it works with one guy underneath the woman, the other guy on top of the woman.
It’s incredibly difficult to do when you’re all laying side on. It’s better with the bottom man on the bed, the woman over him and bent over rather than riding and the other man kneeling or standing
But always open to hearing new positions.
DP is a lot easier than DVP in my opinion, but I enjoy DVP much more. Either one takes a bit of patience and manoeuvring to get the right angle and a build up to get the rhythm.
The guys are inevitably going to touch and it helps with the guys getting as close as possible.

This is the best, either bottom guy spreads his legs or close them together, either way he needs to allow easy access for the second guy to get close to her bum, you might end up sitting on his legs  don't worry about all touching each other it has to happen, top guy usually does all the work and you all have the most amazing feeling which you can't get anywhere else |
