There’s one called MovStash on iPhone that has face tracking. It only does face blurs/pixilation. But really in the day and age of ai, face blurring is not much use. But better than nothing if it’s all you have. Really you would want to block out the face using a solid colour first. |

Several excellent free video editing apps are available for both mobile and desktop use. For mobile, InShot, CapCut, and PowerDirector are popular choices. On desktop, DaVinci Resolve, OpenShot, and Clipchamp are strong contenders. |

Certainly, you can blur or pixelate. Go to "sticker" then pick "Detail". There will be your blurring options. |
