Can't speak for others but if your looking for a mature couple or female you might need to bear in mind your young enough to be our children and just wouldn't sit right with us some may feel the same |

Maybe try getting some verifications - go to a club or social - so many people on here for a year and no verifications is a red flag to us.
Also don’t set your expectations too high on what you’ll “get”. |

Unfortunately as a mature woman your age would put me off personally.
Have you thought about going to a local social to meet people socially and get some verifications. Not saying it will definitely help but it might as a lot of couples and single woman do prefer that meet people who have in person verifications.
Remember you are a single guy on a platform with hundreds of other single guys all looking for the same thing you are.

Ok. Since you mentioned your profile....
It's 6 weeks old. Not sure how quickly you thought things would start getting 'exciting' but for the majority It's a lot longer than that.
You have limited photos to show people what you look like.
You have a brief and not very detailed bio.
Yes, your age may be an issue, but that won't be the sole problem. You need to have patience, make your profile the best it can be and lower any expectations

I'm with you on the 6 week thing, I'm 68 and been on Fabswingers since 2009, and it took me nearly a year to find my first encounter, and to be fair that came to by word of mouth rather than from the site, even though the lady in question had a profile here too.
get your self noticed around the local socials scene will boost things as people may well write a verification to the fact they met you in person blah blah, men here are a dime a dozen, and the females have such a wide selection to choose from too, you're young, looking for an older woman, that is needle in hay stack territory to be fair.
Good luck, and like previously stated by someone, improve your profile, build yourself up, sell yourself. |
